Notes
Fun Fact:
The Chicken Teriyaki Poke Bowl is a fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine.
Teriyaki chicken is a Japanese dish, featuring meat glazed with a sweet soy-based sauce.
Poke bowls originate from Hawaii, traditionally consisting of raw fish, rice, and fresh toppings, but they have evolved to include other proteins like chicken.
This combination blends the flavors and techniques of both cuisines into a modern, customizable meal.
